Prepare: The groundwork of health
Establish the conditions of health
Generally, we think of the conditions of health as nutrition and eating patterns, sleep habits, physical activity levels, mental-emotional health, connection and support from others. All of this is critical to health. This is the focus of phase one. After all, healthy dietary and lifestyle patterns must be established before they can be optimized.
